Picturebook's simple, contemporary designs allow your photos and personal messages to take center stage. In 2001, Minneapolis-based graphic designers Kelly Verbrick and Liz Malherek founded this unique design studio and retail store. In addition to offering custom cards and invitations, Picturebook also specializes in photo restoration and wedding albums. Kelly and Liz enjoy being a part of their customers' most personal and meaningful moments.

PICTURE PERFECT PHOTO TIPS:
"We encourage our customers to keep it simple. To get the best photo, don't be afraid to move in for a close-up. Try to take photos during spontaneous moments, ideally when your subject doesn't even realize he or she is being photographed. Take pictures outside as often as possible, so you can take advantage of the natural light. When choosing a card design, think about whether your personal style is traditional, contemporary or whimsical."
FAVORITE PARTY THEMES:
"We like party themes that focus on good food and drinks. We try to create a comfortable, homey space where people can easily interact with each other and mingle. And we always have enough wine!"
