During the same period, she started out making her own eco-friendly products, such as kitchen items and baby clothes that incorporated her illustrations. She has loved drawing, painting and creating crafts since childhood, and her work consists of simple line drawings and watercolor illustrations that feel natural and organic.
IN THE PRESS:

EVERYDAY INSPIRATION
Natsumi is always inspired by nature. She grew up in the rural countryside on the southern coast of Japan, surrounded by the beaches and mountains which became her playground. It was there she became deeply inspired by nature. Living in New York City today gives her the chance to mix elements of the natural world with ideas from contemporary art, design, fashion and architecture.
