"I was very disappointed to receive our Christmas cards this year from Tiny Prints. This was my first ever order with them, and sad to say, I'm not a satisfied customer. The actual printing came out MUCH darker than my created print on screen. In the upper right picture, my children were simply dark silohuettes (you can't make out their faces). I went back to my order on-line to see if I had really made that poor of a choice in quality of photo, and even my 10 y.o. son remarked when comparing the two photos, "Well, at least you can see our faces on the computer." Unfortunately, I won't be sending people a card from my computer. Christmas is less than a week away. Bummed to say the least..."
"I ordered 10 of these cards on July 2 to see how they would look and I loved them. On September 3 I ordered 40 more of them and this time chose the "Designer Review" option. Just today (Nov.4) I decided to get the cards ready to send and opened the 40 in the second order. I was so disappointed. They were SO DARK that you could hardly see any detail. I am going to order 10 more without the Designer Review, but I can't afford to reorder all 40 cards, so I will have to send most of them out DARK. This time I won't get the Designer Review!"
