So disappointed

"This was my Christmas Card and I was so disappointed when I received them. They weren't even printed on photo paper, but on card stock! The photos were very dull and washed out. This was a rip off."

We're very sorry that this customer was disappointed with her cards. Tiny Prints does not offer any designs printed on photo paper. All of our designs are printed on heavy card stock, with a choice of either a matte or semi-glossy finish for a softer look for photos that is the preference for most of our customers.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our designs and have reached out to this customer to see if she would like to return her cards for a full refund.
