Strange composition

Pros: Whimsical

"I liked the cuteness of this card and the ability to personalize little quips and comments. However, I had a really hard time finding a picture that looked good in the space. Even the example picture here looks a little strange, there just seems to be too much space on the right side and the top. The customer service was nice because I uploaded a fuzzy picture and they called me immediately to ask me to send them more pictures. However, ,I thought it was strange that I was asked to send 4 pictures but never heard back from them in terms of which one was chosen -- then got my order in the mail. I was underwhelmed by getting this one."

We're sorry this customer was unhappy with the photo we selected for print. She uploaded four for us to choose from, and the designer selected the one she felt would print best and confirmed the selection in an email to the customer.
