If you select Designer Review, 1-2 days may be added to your turnaround time. Please note that processing times differ for photo gifts, custom stamps and William Arthur products.

Super Rush Delivery
Super Rush Delivery gets your order to you as soon as possible. Your order will be processed immediately and sent within one business day using Next Day Shipping, regardless of what Designer Review option you select. The package will arrive at your door just two business days after you place your order in most cases! The cutoff time for Super Rush Delivery is 11:59pm (PT) unless otherwise noted. Please note that Super Rush Delivery is only available for domestic orders and is not available for certain products, including orders sent using our Mailing Service and orders that include any non-applicable products.

$5 APO shipping for a limited time!
Our standard APO delivery option costs $15 $5 and guarantees your order will arrive within 8–10 business days. If you need it faster, our expedited APO option costs $25 $15 and guarantees delivery between 5–8 business days.

Express shipping orders (2-day and next day) are generally shipped the next business day due to pickup schedules. Please note that the 2-Day and Next Day services we offer do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends; this can affect delivery time.
Shutterfly's express shipping carriers (for 2-day and next day) do not ship to Post Office Box addresses. These options are only available in the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please note that express shipments to Alaska and Hawaii typically require an extra day in transit.

Please note that these turnaround times only apply to items from our Signature and Studio Basic Collections, along with gift tags and address labels. These times do not necessarily apply to products from third party vendors. Also, the shipping total you see during checkout will not reflect the final shipping cost for any international mint tin orders, which varies based on our carrier's fees. As a result, our friendly stationery specialists will have to determine the cost of your mint tin order and contact you with a final total. And don't worry—we never charge extra or turn a profit on shipping costs.
