I used Live Chat to correspond with a customer service representative, to find out if it would be possible to juxtapose the text styles on the left side of the page. At her recommendation, I made a special comment on my order, and ordered a design proof. I received the design proof promptly via email, and found it very easy to review the proof and advise changes, then eventually approve the proof.The resulting invitation was beautiful - exactly what I wanted. The card stock is a nice weight, the colors and clarity is excellent, and the illustration is beautiful.
