"The print and card quality surpassed that of similar companies, but the real standout was the individual customer service given. An adviser called me to discuss my question and when asked to leave a message, they left an actual phone number so that I could call them back! So nice to hear from a person that the design works or that something needs to change instead of trusting the coloring on the computer screen."
"The quality of these cards is very good, very nice cardstock and easy to write on with, I assume, any kind of pen (and I am a picky pen / paper person). They are perfect for our wedding thank you notes. It would be nice if the envelopes had been available in a bigger array of colors, but the card itself is wonderful. Shipped on-time and no issues with delivery or product. Thanks, tinyprints!"
"Although the card is gorgeous and the quality is outstanding when I ordered the card even though I checked for a designer review I received my card and noticed a misspelled word. Granted, I missed it, but so did they. I won't check the designer box anymore because it really doesn't do any good. Disappointed in the customer service/designer review."
"Easy to use the site and delivery was well ahead of expected timeline. I did replace the studio picture with one of my own but it was well rendered by Tiny Prints. Doing it again and listening to wife's advice, I would omit the "Thank You" and make the card more generic for multiple occasion usage in addition to simply thanks."
"I recently got married and wanted to treat myself to stationary with my new name. This product attracted me because I could do both personalization AND include a picture. I used a gorgeous engagement photo as the background and did my name in black font. I read a review where someone didn't like how light or dull the photo appeared, but for me it was perfect. You write your message on the photo - so if it weren't light it would be near impossible to read your message. I have already gotten compliments on the new stationary. I did want to point out that the paper seemed a much higher quality than I am used to for Tiny Prints. (Heaviery pound perhaps?) At any rate, I was very pleased."
