I personalized this for the adoption of our son - we got rave reviews from all of our family! I had a probem with my pictures (blury), customer service notified me immediately and we went back and forth until the announcement was perfect. Totally worth the money and extra postage. The only reason I did not give customer service a 5 is b/c they are in California. I am on the east coast so our emails were not always timely."
