"I was so surprised to receive a phone call from customer service before my order was printed. In my new baby state of mind I failed to notice that one of the photos I uploaded was a true black and white while the other three had a slight sepia tone which would not have been an optimal look once printed, the customer service rep was kind enough to point that out and ask if that was my intent. Once the mismatched photos were turned to all black and white I was emailed a proof to approve. The final product was perfect and we have received many, many compliments from our friends and family!"
