I accidentally ordered more than I needed and called once I realized this. A Customer Service Rep contacted me the very next morning, (I placed my order on a Sunday) and had already corrected the error, and credited my account. The quality of the invitations I ordered was amazing. Again, I was complimented by everyone who received them. The turnaround time and delivery was super fast, even as I ordered sort of late! First of all, just having the opportunity to communicate directly with your designers felt like I was making a custom invitation an experience I didn't expect, and certainly couldn't get working with any other mass producer of invitations. I was very pleased and impressed with your attention to detail. I know you must receive orders that are much larger (and a quite possibly even more interesting?!), but it's not everyday we spend nearly $2K online.
