"I would just like to thank you for all your help in providing wonderful, attentive customer service in a world where that seems to have disappeared. I work as a CSR for a major airline and the public is not always easy these days. After a mistake on my part, which was quickly remedied by one of your reps on the phone, who actually called me back, Thank you. I wish I cud remember her name. After a mixup with the delivery date and some train delay, again a call back, this time from Adrian, hopefully my problem is solved and the favors will arrive in time for a baby shower on Sun 04 May.
I just wanted to take the time to thank you for good, old fashioned, (which should still be in fashion) quality, customer service. It's refreshing in this day and age. I will highly recommend tiny prints to anyone who may need this type of service."
