I have to say that it was the most AWESOME purchasing experience I have had in, well, frankly I can't remember having such a wonderful purchasing experience!! I received TWO calls from customer service on the very day of my purchase. First, to ask my permission to correct a mistake I had made with punctuation and second, to ask me (in the most polite way I might add) to kindly check the sample announcement for mistakes so that they could begin processing my "rush" order since they couldn't do so until I had completed that. I received my order two days later and the announcements were PERFECT.

annoncements for my son Jacob, my first born, from your website on Monday, 8/4/08. On Tuesday I received a call that there was a problem with my order and
that I should call the toll free number to let Tiny Prints know how to handle it. When I called I got Nancy Yow on the phone. The picture I uploaded to your site came through blurry. Nancy assisted me in uploading a new photo to
your website. She took the time to instruct me how to save the photo on my computer properly and when I was unable to upload the photo Nancy had me email
her the picture directly and she uploaded it for me herself. Nancy spent a good 20 to 30 minutes on the phone with me to ensure that everything looked great.
In a time when everyone moves fast and no one takes time to help one another Nancy showed me excellent customer service and took the time that many do not and would not. "I was so close to ordering my baby photo announcement from a local card shop, but at the last minute decided to check what's available online. Here's my analysis: tiny*prints offers every bit as cute of styles for less money. Had I ordered from the card shop, I would have paid more for a similar card that I'd then have to print the picture on myself. This was so much better. My order arrived BEFORE the promised timeline. I also wasn't expecting such good quality. The cardstock is very thick and so are the envelopes. I'm very impressed!"
