"Talk about going the extra mile. I knew I had taken too long to order my holiday cards...just couldn't seem to find the time to take photos of my one-year old....but finally got the photos taken and came to tiny*prints to buy my cards...i paid for rush shipping, got the free 3 day shipping, and expected the cards to arrive after Christmas....lo and behold...what a surprise to receive the cards on Dec 19th, over a whole week earlier than expected! I stayed up late last night and got my cards in the mail...they will even arrive to local folks before Christmas.
Way to deliver.
I am very pleased with the quality of the cards and the awesome styles. I will be back!

"Tiny Prints offered the finest customer service of any on-line business I've ever dealt with, ever! After I submitted a photograph that was grainy, I immediately received an e-mail and several hours later a phone call to discuss remedies. I had a few difficulties (all completely on my end) in getting the re-submission right, and each person I spoke with was informed, professional, and exceedingly helpful, not to mention pleasant. The end result was a lovely card. Tiny Prints has certainly earned my loyalty!"

I just got off the phone with Joyce at customer service and I wanted to email right away to tell you how pleased I was with my experience. I am a very happy repeat customer (I got my beautiful Christmas cards from Tiny Prints last year too).
Last night, I made a hasty decision on my cards - I was trying to take advantage of the 10% off/free shipping offer which was due to expire 12/3. Today, I was having serious second thoughts about the cards I had selected and thought I'd call and see if there was any possibility of switching my order.
Joyce was absolutely pleasant, patient and efficient. She canceled my order, talked through and verified my altered new order (giving me credit for the 10% off coupon), and made me so pleased that that I had chosen Tiny Prints again. Thanks for the great customer service - I can't wait to see my 2007 cards!"
