I placed an order (order # 38660400) that arrived on Wednesday night. As we were addressing them, we noticed that we were 2 cards short. I immediately called customer service and spoke with someone who said that the earliest he could get them here would be next week.

"My wife and I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed the entire Tiny Prints experience concerning our Christmas cards. From picking out the card to customer service issues...Tiny Prints was extremely helpful and the cards turned out better than we had hoped for. I wanted to give you a big "thumbs up" for the following items:
1) We had shopped around at other card places and came across your company by accident on the web. You, by far, had the most selection of cards and had a large variety of different card designs to choose from.
2) The process of putting our card together was extremely easy using your website.
3) Once we submitted the card...customer service alerted us to possible white spot areas that may impact the card. Although this did not bother us...the notice of this, by your staff, and informing us of this was greatly appreciated.
4) The delay in getting approval, for the white spots, might have delayed the order, but Tiny Prints was very quick to get it out as soon as possible and nearly hit the initial target date even before we needed to clear up the possible white spots. On top of that...your company credited us a small amount for the slight deliay.
5) The card turned out better than we had hoped for and we are extremely excited about it. The packaging was very careful and tidy and no damage was found during shipping.
All-in-all...this is the kind of experience I want when I'm putting together Christmas cards. Keep up the good work. We will definitely use Tiny Prints again!"
"I can't say enough good things about tiny*prints customer service. I ordered my Christmas cards a month ago with the intention of getting pictures in immediately. Well, that didn't happen. Most companies wouldn't have bothered about my incomplete order and would have made their complete orders a priority. Tiny*prints checked on a weekly basis to see if I was ready to send pictures in. I probably would not have taken care of this had I not received these gentle reminders. Once I did send the pictures in, they were extremely helpful with some questions I had regarding the downloading and cropping of my pictures. They made me feel as if I were their only customer.
