"I am very impressed with the customer service of Tiny Prints. I recently placed an order for Christmas Cards/Birth Announcements that didn't follow the typical format. The day after my order was placed, I received a phone call from Tiny Prints verifying some of the information. They noticed that I hadn't put my daughters full name or the time of birth anywhere on the card. Before they printed they wanted to make sure that was not an oversight on my part. It was an oversight and had they not called I would have been disappointed in my own mistake when the cards arrived. The card was fixed and they even sent me a complimentary digital proof.
