I received several phone calls to update me on the progress within a two day period. The pictures I had sent repeatedly turned out too blurry for the print so after sending 6 photos, someone called and asked me to take more and gave me tips. Once I sent four more back they then helped me pick the best one and kept working on it until I was completely happy. They also sent me a proof at no charge since the photo we decided on changed once the layout was complete. The other photo they ended up using looked so much better.
I will recommend tinyprints to all my friends. I feel that you really took this very seriously and were set on doing the job well and doing it right. It wasn't just "my" birth announcement but I feel a lot of thought and consideration was used by your company to ensure it looked its best.

"My wife and I ordered baby announcements from your store a couple weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive last week but we've had a rash of mail theft in our apartment complex. We also lost another package from a different online retailer the day before we were supposed to get our baby announcements.
As you can imagine, we were pretty disheartened to find out that our baby announcements were stolen.
The package we lost from another online retailer was a $20 memory card and yet they refused to provide any customer service whatsoever. Yes, they shipped it out and it was supposedly delivered to our doorstep but the bottom line is that we didn't receive it and they had any unhappy customer that could have been made happy with some good old fashioned customer service.
You guys on the other hand, did not ask any questions but simply sent us a replacement right away. Now, for the extra order you had to send out, you have just gained a loyal customer who would be happy to refer friends, write a testimonial...whatever you like.
Thanks again for just doing business the right way. Online retailing is so competitive these days. Customer service should still be the #1 priority."
