I call to report the error, and the customer service people were as nice as could be. The cards were reprinted and sent to me promptly. I was very happy with the experience. "Nothing! Everyone was very helpful!I received several phone calls about my photos. Some were "grainy." Instead of printing the photo they took the time to call me and tell me that the photo would not come out well and gave me suggestions of how to make the photo better.
