"I just wanted to send a little note to you guys as a token of my appreciation. I had ordered two sets of invitations for a baby shower and had to cancel the next day due to the event being cancelled. The customer service representative I spoke to was very understanding and courteous over the phone. She checked the status of my order and immediately refunded me the amount paid. Five minutes later, I received an email confirmation regarding the refund.
