"Thank you so much for your awesome customer service. I looked at several other sites for Valentine's Day cards. Not only did you guys have the best selection you also has the best shipping. Your prices were also much lower than Kodak or any of the other major sites. I love the fact that I could click on a button and someone helped me right away. I didn't have to call or email and wait for a reply. I will be ordered my daughter's birthday invitations from you and definitely recommending you to my family and friends. "My daughter's high school graduation is looming and I didn't mind ordering the standard announcements offered by her school. However, I wanted to
add just a bit of personality with the return address label. I did a Yahoo search and found Tiny Prints - AND the perfect address label that coordinated beautifully with her announcements. They were so easy to customize and my order arrived promptly, and sooner than promised. I ordered enough so that she can use them on her thank you notes as well.

"The jungle baby shower invitations that I ordered were very colorful, easy to read and produced on high quality paper! They arrived a week earlier than I had expected and I was thrilled as I had ordered them a bit later than I should have. My daughter in law was thrilled with the prints,especially since her baby's room is done in a jungle them. She even plans to frame an invitation to display in the nursery! I like how you can save what you want to an account and go back and make changes until you have just what you want. We worked on them together. "I was tired of the old style graduation announcements you get from the school so I decided for child #3 I would look into something else. I found Tiny Prints and was so impressed. I did venture to other sites but came back to Tiny Prints. The selections were so much better! Ordering was easy. I could not believe how quickly they arrived. "I loved being able to personalize my son's graduation announcements. The delivery time was super fast and I was so impressed with the quality! I hung one up at work and several people have commented about how beautiful they are. There is a lot of flexibility in the designs and I loved being able to adjust the colors and fonts. Being able to put in your own quotes was the best part. It really lets you say "this is who I am" as well as I'm graduating!"

"First and foremost - I will have to say that the product delivered speaks for itself! I am very happy with the invitations and will give Tiny Prints another try.
My only disappointment was their lack of follow-up skills from the customer service team. I was in panic mode for 2 days b/c the mailing vendor's tracking was reading that they lost my package. Although a TP rep committed to following up with me the next day - I didn't receive any call or email. Boy was I relieved to arrive home from work to a package at my door! Definitely not worth the panic though! TP's team did try to rectify the issue with a 10% deduction from my order price.
Hopefully my next experience will be a more positive one!"

I also appreciated that each card had a template with commonly used wording, but that I could change the font or size or wording of anything I wanted. "My husband and I chose this invitation for our daughter's first birthday. We were able to input the details of the party on the invitation and load the picture quite easily. We appreciated the e-mail from customer service stating that they were looking at the invitation before it printed. We also received the invitation quicker than we expected. "I ordered birth announcements from Tiny Prints and the quality was amazing. It looked like something you would order from a professional photographer. The prices were much less than what you would pay if you used a professional photographer. Tiny Prints also runs promotionals so often, that you can usually get a great deal! I had requested a change in the announcement template, and they made the change for me without any hassle. Tiny Prints really is fabulous!"
