I loved that I could upload my own picture and see what it would look like with various designs. There are so many cute, modern, unique designs it was hard to choose from! A different company only emails you a sample after you order. And if you want more than one sample they charge you! Clearly Tiny Prints has much better customer service and understands that someone would want to see a product before putting a bunch of money down on it.
The staff at Tiny Prints were helpful and notified me that my picture's resolution would not be clear and told me how to solve the problem after I ordered it.
They shipped my order quickly and it arrived a day earlier than the original shipping date, even though I had caused a 2 day delay because of my picture resolution and another error.
