I wanted to send a quick message to let you know of my recent customer service experience with your company. I placed my first order with Tiny Prints last week, ordering birth announcements and baptism invitations for my newborn son Benjamin. A few hours after placing my order online, I received a call from Megan. She let me know that upon reviewing my order she noticed that one of the photos I had uploaded for the birth announcements had some glare that slightly distorted the look of the photo. She told me that I could upload a new photo or she could see if the design team could work to improve the look of the photo. I can't tell you how impressed I was to receive this call! When I chose tiny prints for Ben's birth announcements I felt it was an economical choice for "do-it-yourself" announcements. I'm not much of a photographer and I tried to do my best with the photos. I figured whatever I uploaded was what I was going to get,and wasn't even sure that human eyes would really be looking over my order. In an age where customer service is all but dead, Tiny Prints really stood out to me as a company that cares about it's customers. Not only was I pleased that someone had actually looked at my order before it was printed, but Megan herself was extremely polite and helpful, offering advice on what I may be able to do with the original photo, as I really didn't have another to substitute. Later that night I received a proof of what the birth announcement would look like and I was very happy with it. Not only am I confident that Ben will have great looking birth announcements, but I feel really good about choosing Tiny Prints and look forward to using your service in the future.
