They contacted me via email and phone to let me know that the photo I chose for my item was blurry, and instead of just printing it, they gave me the opportunity to upload a new photo. Their communication throughout the ordering to shipping process was really wonderful.
The product was nicer than expected! The quality of the item I ordered was heavyweight cardstock, beautifully laid out and printed.
