"I think my experience was a bit unique because the first order came back missing a small detail - THEY CALLED ME before I even noticed the missing detail and they reprinted and reshipped it immediately which impressed not only myself, but my family and friends as well. I think very few companies out there will go to those lengths to make it right and you guys did. So I am very impressed with not only the product which was fantastic, but the service all by itself is outstanding."

"Our initial order had (through a text replacement error) a very obvious typo error that I missed when I submitted the order, and the Tiny Prints designer did not notice either. When I called Tiny Prints customer service, I was prepared for the worse (meaning that proof reading was not their responsibility). But to my surprise, the customer service agent was very helpful and understanding. After discussing it with the design team, Tiny Prints corrected the error and re-printed the order for us. They took the responsibility and said they should have seen such an obvious error as well. Thank You Tiny Prints for great customer service! The end result is a beautifully printed product and a very happy customer. I recommend Tiny Prints for your special printing needs. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks Tiny Prints."

"I just recently ordered the Dora Birthday invitations for my daughter's 3rd Birthday and I was very pleased with the efficiency in processing the order and the product itself. "I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Tiny Prints. I found the range great, and the example shown was an excellent representation of the final product. The website was easy to use, and simple to add photos. I received emails regularly updating me of the progress of my order, and I received my order the day before the earliest expected delivery date! "I ordered my baptism invites incredibly late because of a snafu with the reception location. At the time I placed my order, I was told my invites would be ready in two business days. Unfortunately for me, that second business day fell on a Tuesday after a holiday weekend. Wasn't I surprised when only one and a half days after I placed my order the invitations arrived on my doorstep! I was able to get them all addressed and in the mail before the holiday weekend and here I am, on the day that I was supposed to receive the invitations, already getting RSVPs from invited guests! Thank you Tiny Prints!"
