Getting ready to host a baseball-themed birthday party for your child? Make the event fun and memorable by sending out cute baseball party invitations and making sure all party attendees receive a creative party favor as they leave. Here are a few of our favorite baseball party favor ideas.
Fill a clear plastic baggy with classic baseball-themed snacks like Cracker jacks, Whoppers, Gatorade, flavored sunflower seeds, Little League Chew and Baby Ruth bars. Tie the bag shut with red string and attach a ball-shaped card that says “Thanks for coming! I hope you had a ball!”
As kids start leaving the party, hand each one a bag of (empty) water balloons and a plastic bat for at-home practicing. Attach a card that says “Have fun with batting practice!” or something similar. Water balloon baseball is also a fun game to play at your party to cool everyone down on a hot day and help them practice their batting skills in an enjoyable way.
Spray-paint some fender washers white. One dry, use a red, fine-tip sharpie to create the classic, semi-circle red baseball stitching on both sides of the washer. Write a jersey number in silver sharpie on the bottom of each one, then thread a necklace cord through the hole in the washer. For an extra level of customization, you can even write each child’s name on the back of each washer.
Make sugar cookies in the shape of baseballs and decorate them with white frosting. Use red icing to create the red stitching on each ball. Place the balls on a small paper plate cut out in the shape of a baseball mitt and covered in saran wrap. If you have a lot of guests, you can also give out single cookies by wrapping each one in a small bag and placing a customized gift tag sticker on each one.
"Beautiful card and I'm always impressed with the turn around time of Tiny Prints. So wonderful for a busy mother who is running behind on birthday planning"
"We were very pleased with our invitations! The cards were very professional looking and well made! If we ever need paper goods this is the place!"
"I chose to use this card for my son's high school graduation party invitation. I wanted a patriotic color palette since he is joining the military. I felt this was a more mature and elegant option than most graduation designs. I used the same fonts and colors as the example. I was able to add his senior picture to the back. This card turned out beautiful as do all that I order from Tiny Prints!"
"The quality of paper used, the colors, and the style helped make this invite for my little guys 4th birthday party too perfect. It captures his sweet and funny personality to a T. You always deliver perfection tiny prints, thanks!"
"The invitation was perfect for our Memorial Day/birthday celebration, because of the subtle patriotic theme. I changed the font style, and wasn't overly happy with my choice when I received the finished product. I should have stuck to their default font recommendation for this invitation."
