Round shapes are very appealing to the eye because of their symmetry. That is why using bubbles, or more accurately, balloons, to decorate for your next party can create a beautiful backdrop to the event. Don't picture the oval-shaped balloons at parks and carnivals, instead, look for those perfectly round and often multi-colored balloons that look so much like solid bubbles. Then, your bubble invitations will match your decorations quite well.
When you use balloons, there is always the choice of air: something light, like helium, which lets a balloon rise to the ceiling; or something more mundane, like breath, which can create a wading pool of balloons. For a very formal party, getting enough balloons to cover your ceiling can actually be quite elegant. Choose metallic or sheer colors, and even consider some thin, curly streamers.
You also need to consider the "release." Will your balloons be stationary decorations that are already set up at the beginning of your event, or do you want to drop or release them in a spectacular fashion? For floating balloons, a tarp tied to the ground works and you might want to add a fan to direct the balloons. For balloons that are land-bound, a net attached to the ceiling lets you drop them on waiting attendees, which is fun for a New Year's party. Be sure to take lots of pictures for a nice collage later.
Balloons, bubbles and all things round can be both fun and elegant. Think about what kind of balloons you want, where they will go and if you will do an exciting release at the beginning or partway through the festivities. Use bubbles on your party stationary to keep with the theme of round decorations. Get your customized bubble invitations and address labels, and don't forget thank you notes if the event involves giving gifts.
"Beautiful card and I'm always impressed with the turn around time of Tiny Prints. So wonderful for a busy mother who is running behind on birthday planning"
"We used this card for our little boy's seventh birthday and it turned out beautifully! The card stock is amazing and the pictures looked spectacular. We've always had great service using Tiny Prints. Thank you for such amazing products."
"I loved this invitation for my daughter's first birthday. It was feminine without being too girly. I loved how i could customize the layout to suit the event. I wish there were a few more font colors to choose from, but overall it was money well spent. Good quality card, crisp lines, the colors stood out. I would definitely shop at tinyprints again."
"The staff was especially helpful personalizing the text. The finished product was on excellent quality paper and was pleasing to everyone involved in the party planning."
"Great choice for an invite if you want to share pictures of your little one from the past year. There are even spaces to add more pictures to the back. Good quality paper and the glossy finish really makes it pop. Make sure to choose the modified rectangular envelopes so you don't have to pay extra postage."
