"I ordered 100 of these cards - 50 to be sent to me and 50 to be mailed to my address list. They were very expensive, so I expected superior results. The quality of the cards was good, but I selected from "New Years" cards and immediately noticed that 2013 was printed on the front of the card as part of the template and could not be removed (it is now 2014). I decided that that was okay since the pictures were technically taken in 2013. I decided to resolve the issue by personalizing the message on the back to say "May your New Year be filled with..." When the cards arrived, I got a call from my mom saying that my Christmas card came pretty late. She was happy to receive it, but wanted me to know. I then discovered that the personal message had somehow reverted to the template's message. This means that there was no reference to the New Year and it appears that my card is multiple weeks late. As a photographer, this is very embarrassing and makes me think twice about referring clients here. Yes, I approved the card, but the font for approval is SO SMALL that you might miss that the words have reverted back to the default message - like I did. Tinyprints also gives you an option to refer your recipients to a snapshot webpage of additional pictures. I also just noticed that the pIacement of that wording also reverted to the default location, covering up part of one of my pictures (the picture of the stockings (not a huge deal-just not what I wanted). I have not asked Tiny Prints to resolve this yet, as their customer service is currently closed. I will repost an update. In all fairness, I have never had an issue with the quality of the cards at Tiny Prints, I just feel that with this mistake, my cards are no longer relevant and that I wasted time and money creating them. I am very disappointed."
"i used tiny prints in the past and then switched to a much more expensive place thinking it would be better. i was wrong. went back to tiny prints for this year's cards and couldn't be happier. this design is really on trend and a great way to use lots of my favorite pictures. i loved my card. the quality was top notch and they were even delivered on a holiday. super fast shipping and good email communication so i knew exactly where my order was at all stages of the process. i'll be using them again soon."
"The cards turned out great. Customer service was good. The envelopes didn't fit the cards. I was never notified that they were ready for pick up. It was delivered late according to when I tracked it."
"The quality of the product was excellent if you spend extra $ to add silver sparkle. However three pictures out of eleven pictures we had on our Christmas card were very blurry. ...very disappointed that the website was not able to show how blurry the pictures were before we processed our project."
