"This card has a cute design, but beware of the card paper. I ordered the regular card stock paper. When I received the cards they looked really pretty. When I folded them in half, about 75% of the cards tore at the fold. I wasn't using a lot of force, just enough to fold them in half. I was really disappointed with the paper. The design and personalization were nicely done. Maybe try using the recycled paper?"
Response from Tiny Prints:
We've sent our apologies to this customer along with an explanation. The ink printed a little too high such that it went above the scoring. When the cards were folded, the ink attached to the paper broke away with a little paper attached, causing the tearing.
We have now corrected the crop marks for this design, so the ink prints just below the scoring.
Ideally, we would have liked him to contact us when he received the cards, so we could have rushed a reprint to him. Instead, we have offered him a discount on a future order.
