Tips on Buying Musical Birthday Cards for Music Lovers
Most of us have a musically-talented friend or relative. Whether they're in a band, or just love to sing, it would be nice to give them a card that reflects their passion. Here are some tips on buying a musical birthday card for your favorite music-loving friend.
When most of us think of musical birthday cards, we think of the ones that start playing a very low quality rendition of "Happy Birthday to You" when you open the card. These types of cards may not be the most suitable or the highest quality alternative to give someone who enjoys music.
Instead, choose musical birthday cards that show beautiful images and pictures of music-related themes. You can pick a card with their favorite instrument and insert a photo of the friend performing. If your friend doesn't have a special instrument, you can choose a card with a more universal motif such as headphones, stereo or musical notes.
Instead of trying to include a music player directly in your musical birthday card, continue the tradition of "mixtapes" by including your own selection of music you think the recipient would enjoy. These days, instead of putting the mix on a cassette tape, put it on a CD or USB flash drive so it's easy to listen to on the computer. It's a nice touch that will fit right inside the card and can be as many songs as you want, in high quality.
