Valentine's Day Crafts Ideas for Couples
If you are one of those people who finds more value in spending time together than spending money on Valentine's Day, then perhaps the best way to spend this Valentine's Day is working on Valentine's Day crafts with your love. Valentine's Day crafts for couples are not hard to find, but here are a few ideas to help get you started.
- Old-fashioned valentines. Gather some paper doilies, red and pink construction paper and make some old-fashioned valentines for your friends and family.
- Chocolate covered strawberries. It may not seem like a true Valentine's Day craft, but it is definitely a Valentine's Day necessity. White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate — it doesn't matter. But make certain the strawberries are fresh and ripe.
- Bird Valentines. Feed the wild birds around your home with these birdie valentines. Gather some popcorn, thread or string, cranberries, and then string the popcorn and the cranberries onto the string. Hang the string from the trees or drape it over your balcony for the wild birds to snack on. Be sure to spend some time with your sweetie watching your bird friends enjoy their holiday treat.
Remember while you are working on your Valentine's Day crafts that the most important thing is to have fun. So crack open a bottle of wine, eat some of your bird's popcorn, or open up that box of chocolates. Don't be afraid to mess up or to make a mess and really enjoy your Valentine's Day crafts. No matter the crafts you make with that special someone, be sure to combine it with a Tiny Prints Valentine's Day card to make it a complete gift!
