Tiny Prints Announces The Tiny Prints Foundation
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (August 3, 2007) -- Tiny Prints, Inc. (www.tinyprints.com), an online leader in premium, personalized, social stationery, is pleased to announce the formation of a philanthropic foundation to give back and leave a lasting legacy. The Tiny Prints Foundation, managed through Oppenheimer Funds Legacy Program, will donate regularly to organizations selected by the Foundation's management.
"We believe in corporate and personal responsibility to help those in need," said co-founder Ed Han. "We can do that later, when we are bigger, when we have more money, when we have time, are statements we do not subscribe to. Whether small or big, we want to make a difference and an impact starting now."
Just three years old, Tiny Prints, Inc. has made substantial financial contributions to worthwhile charities in each of its first three years. Since their inception, Tiny Prints has given time and money to both local and global causes its work force feels strongly about. For the current year, Tiny Prints is on pace to more than quadruple the previous year's donations.
Philanthropy Committee spokesperson Sean Conklin said, "Think of the Foundation as a trust fund for charities. It has special advantages that allow us to maximize our donations to the charitable causes we select. This marks a huge milestone in the development of our philanthropic efforts."
