While romantic love is often celebrated on Valentine’s Day, many people like to recognize the impact their relatives and/or friends have on their lives. Just taking a few minutes to send a card or a few cards can make someone’s day, whether the person is someone you talk to daily or a cherished friend you have not spoken to in years. And, of course, if you have children, they may want to give out Valentine’s Day cards for friends and schoolmates.
Adults have many types of friends such as work friends, childhood friends, college pals and online buddies. A Valentine’s Day card for any of these types of people is an excellent way to show you care. You could go quirky with cards such as the one on Tiny Prints featuring a group of three monsters below a banner reading, “Have a Wild Valentine’s Day!” You could also go more serious and customize your text to reflect that. For friends you may be romantically inclined toward, you could try playful messages such as, “I dig you,” complete with an illustration of a construction excavator.
Many kids love giving Valentine’s Day cards for friends too. If they are giving them to classmates during school, school rules generally state that each child in the class must receive one. Going further than that, though, it can be exciting for a child to send a Valentine to a long-distance pal or to give a special friend a card that goes beyond a classmate card. One way to personalize such cards is to upload a favorite picture of both children, say, from a recent birthday party.
No matter whether the card will be from an adult or a child, personalized postage stamps are another way to make the card feel unique. You could also pair the card with a gift such as candy or bubble bath.
"I love this 5x7 Easel. It's small enough to fit on my desk at work. It has enough slots to capture my 3 precious children."
"I ordered these for my daughter to give to her friends. They are adorable and the perfect size. I like that they don't have a "to:" line, so she can pass them out without having to fill in specific names first. One will make a cute keepsake for me too."
"I got these cards for my 2-year old son to pass out to his pre-school class and teachers and family members. They are beautifully printed on soft thick paper. I love the size, they are pretty small, but come with their own tiny envelopes! Very happy with my purchase."
"I used this card for our Valentines Day/ birth announcement and I have gotten texts, emails and phone calls complimenting this card how gorgeous it was! If you want a wow factor....this is your card!!"
"We used the pink version of this Valentine's card to send out wedding announcements/thank yous from our November 2013 wedding. The cards are more beautiful in person than on the screen and the photo quality is amazing. We mixed in some color and black and white photos and used the text page to write a note to our friends and families. I highly recommend this product."
