My custom design came out excellent. The praise from the recipients were astounding. It took me four months from concept to completed product. It took 3 to 4 months to write the copy. My only drawback was I wanted the ability to delete and control some of the text boxes in the template design in order to enlarge the text. I wrote too much text and could not resize the boxes to increase text size and was forced to decease in order for text to fit properly.
