"The "gold effect" is very badly done on this card. The darker cold on the first letter appears like a mustard yellow. The edges are blurry and the photo was much darker and much less clear than the digital print. I was disappointed."
"I'm really disappointed in this design. The word happy, while i knew it wasn't metallic, it really printed very faded and barely yellow let alone gold. I had a friend who ordreed the "just noel" card which is also supposed to mimic the metallic look and her card looks so much nicer."
"My only complaint about this card is that the word 'HAPPY' does not look metallic in print like it does on the online sample. Our cards still look good, but I selected this layout because of how bright 'HAPPY' looked even thought it is not foil. It is not that bright in reality."
"Overall I like how this card turned out but something to be aware of is that the main print which shows gold on the computer isn't at all like it turns out once in print. In print it is a fade effect and on my design the middle letters turned out basically white. The computer makes it look gold throughout but the print is more of a yellow on the end letters with a serious fade in the middle."
"We just received the cards (well ahead of schedule, so that's a plus) and I'm not impressed at all this year by the quality of the print. The photo just didn't print very "crisp", there seems to be a lot background noise. I've printed this photo on home printers with better results. Also, while I knew the "Happy" wasn't going to be metal, it doesn't even look remotely metallic in real life (like it does online). All-in-all, a bit of a disappointment this year. I'd put the quality on par with what you'd expect from Shutterfly, not Tiny Prints (so I could have saved some money ...)"
